I’ve been low carb for several months and have been surviving by trying out To Your Health’s’ keto desserts. I love sweets and never want to miss out so this has been a life saver. Most recently I ordered a birthday cake and couldn’t be more happy!

To Your Health Bakery has the most delicious treats! Whenever we are in town, we stop to order. My kids have allergies, and it’s so nice having options for them and not having to worry about cross contamination. We especially love the donuts and cinnamon rolls!

(3.25 stars) My sweet tooth and my desire to eat healthier have long been at odds, and I wanted to get a sense of how keto desserts compare to their sugarfied counterparts. That led me to To Your Health. It’s a small bakery with minimal seating, but there’s quite a bit here: cakes, cupcakes, pies, cookies, donuts, and more. As expected, there were more gluten-free than keto/paleo options, but a helpful staff member was able to point me toward a few sugar-free offerings. I ultimately went with a piece of pumpkin cheesecake, which proved to be a somewhat mixed experience. I knew the texture would be different from a classic New York-style, and it was. However, the sweet, creamy filling with warm spice notes proved to be plenty tasty in its own right. Unfortunately, I couldn’t say the same about the crust as the pronounced almond flavor was a bit off-putting. Finally, while I was prepared for keto desserts to cost more, $9 for one piece of cheesecake still stung. To Your Health does a commendable job of providing options for those with food allergies and sensitivities, and if I were in that camp, I might rate them higher. This place was amazing! I’m gluten and dairy free and also try to avoid refined sugar so normally I am the one baking for myself. I got a delicious paleo oatmeal raisin cookie and a little canola torte and it was so good. If you’re used to a lot of sugar it probably would be a bit bland for you paleo wise. But for me it was perfection. I will def be back!

As a vegan gluten-free person, having quality gluten-free pastries, breads, and desserts is very hard to come by. I was in this area and stumbled upon the BEST gluten-free (yes, and they have vegan products as well) bakery I have ever been to. Amazing, clean, friendly, helpful staff and the most delicious pastries ever!!! Please check them out. Can't wait to go back! Yummmmmy!
